Purchased one of these from our local box store. Despite the corre3ct conditions, nothing ever happened when plugging this unit in. Tried calling tech support, its overseas, and they dont really know anything about them. The suggestion is to return to the store, which I have to wait for all this ice to melt to do so.Crazy that it is made in China and costs $89, when similar controllers from the same country are $25 on here, and probably have the same reliability.
