The product works wonderful and gives me extra space as well as allowing me to more comfortably use split screens on the corners of where my 2 desks meet.It is precisely what I wanted and being longer than most other options it works much better for me and gives me more room.More importantly, I am super impressed with the customer service. FedEx lost the package and so my shipment was late.While FedEx was still trying to figure things out and unable to do anything I contacted the company directly. Within 5 minutes I had a response saying they would take care of this and within 30 minutes I had another response saying a new item has been shipped out and contact info if I needed it.The newly shipped item arrived quickly and I love it.I will AKWAYS do business with companies that take care of their customers like that.
