Technical Fabrics and Technology 4mm Clasico Pad The Pad is the short, the short is the pad You have never seen anything like this because it has never existed until we first did it in 2012. We have created an integrated pad where instead of just sewing a pad into the short, we actually create the short by sewing the fabric to the pad all the way around the perimeter. The pad stretchs in all directions. There are no seams between your body and the saddle. The pads for triathlon and road bikes are shaped differently to accommodate forward-rotated pelvic position when on a steeper seat angle bike versus a more conventional road bike position. The proprietary foam fiber floats when it gets wet. The fiber absorbs very little moisture this allowing for a quick-drying garment. De Soto was the first company to produce compression garments in 1997. Mobius (aka Mobius Comfort Compression) is our new form-fitting, yet non-binding compressive fabric. When blending fibers the knit created makes repeated mobius loops so that the same surface is on both sides of the fabric. You will notice comfort and support without constriction, opacity without unnecessary weight, and durability from a very smooth surface on both sides. We use this fabric on the Mobius Tri Short and the Mobius Cycling Bibshort. We also use Mobius on the leg bands of all our shorts so there is no tight squeeze or binding on the legs. When stretched on a moving body, Liftfoil3 becomes thinner, so it absorbs less water. It will NEVER shrink CHEST - Fullest part of breast, measured as the largest part of circumference right over the pectoral muscle. WAIST - Circumference measured at the belly-button line - this is NOT the same as your pants waist size. HIPS - Circumference measured at the widest point, NOT at your hips where your belt may go.
