Returned items must be received back to us within 7 days of contact, and in the same packaging and condition in which it was shipped. All returns require a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 business days and in the same form it was paid, less shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer. ITEMS DAMAGED/ LOST IN TRANSIT * If your package is lost in transit please notify us right away. We will work hard to track it down. If it never arrives we will replace it. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package.
