Nice color, good quality and it did it's job protecting me from the sun.Hood: I appreciated the way the hood crosses over in the front more than I would have expected. I didn't use the ponytail slit, but find its placement a bit odd. The hood is made in three main pieces, so there are two back seams instead of the more common single seam. That means the ponytail slit is not at the center; there are actually two, slightly off-center. I don't know how well that will work. I can say that the hood is generously sized. It actually completely covers my head, unlike most hoodies.Fit and style: The fit is slim, so it's pretty form fitting on me, but that seems appropriate for the style. Not sure the rucehing does anything, but it looks cute. The mesh is off-white and is from your armpit down. I would have preferred it to be the same color as the body. I'm not sure the fabric really keeps you cooler, but I wore it to an all day music festival where it did get pretty darn warm and never had to take it off.The only downside is the lack of pockets, but I think everything should have pockets. It does have one hidden zipped pocket that fits some cash, ID, a chapstick and key. It's on the side seam and is placed on you right lower back, which is a little odd and awkward.
